This airdome appears on the 1910 map, replacing a house shown there in 1905. This theater opened June 1, 1908.
The structure was a simple tin clad wooden building at the rear of the lot, with a stage and scenery shown. The small office building at the front of the lot does not appear to have been associated.
The theater operated seasonally through the 1910 season. It did not open in 1911, the materials being offered at a salvage sale that April. Demolition of the remains occurred that May. Shortly thereafter, much of the lot was occupied by a new Elks Lodge at 111-113.

So did it open in June 1908?
The 1,400-seat Air Dome opened on June 1, 1908 and operated seasonally in 1908, 1909 and 1910 with the ventilation challenged Opera House as the rain location. In April of 1911, a salvage sale was held with demolition occurring in May of 1911 to make way for the new Elks Lodge.
