This theatre appears on the 1956 update to the 1923 map. It was located in a small two-story brick building. The building is rather indeterminate in style, and may have existed in 1923. A small one story annex to the south held a restaurant. Both structures had a simple rectangular wooden awning on the front. It had closed by 1926.
This building later became a pharmacy, and is now, like nearly all of downtown, derelict and in danger of collapse.

Not sure where the closure date came from, but if it had closed then, it would not have appeared on the map.
