Located in Sittingbourne, Kent, close to Sittingbourne railway station. The Light Cinemas were planned to be open in March 2020, but this never happened due to the lockdown for the Covid-19 pandemic. It was opened by the mayor of Swale on May 28, 2021 and is the 11th Cinema in the Light Cinemas chain. Seating in the eight auditoriums range from 35 to 186. Seating is either standard, full length loungers or electric recliners.
The development also includes a 9-lane bowling alley, a retro arcade, a diner and two bars.
