Liforama was one of a number of Nickelodeons located in Bellaire. It was opened by 1908 and was listed in the 1914/1915 Motion Picture Directory.
George Spragg, who operated a number of theatres in the area, sold the Liforama to Heatherington and Andrews who, apparently, already had a venue on the next street.
