Was this the cinema at the corner of Holmes Road and Cedar Street? If this is the one I’m thinking of, thanks to dallasmovietheaters for submitting the info. I was almost about to research this Theater but I’m glad you did it first.
When I came back to Lansing to visit back in the late 80’s - I was then living in Southfield- I passed by it when I drove down Cedar Street. I vaguely remember one of the movies this cinema played, according to the marquee outside, was Gregory Hines' “Tap.”
It looks as if the Southside has now been turned into office space.
