This was a very early cinema, situated on the main thoroughfare in the North London suburb of Cricklewood.
According to The London Project (an overview of early picture palaces in the capital) the Little Palace’s address was 13 Rockhall Terrace, Cricklewood Broadway, and it opened in January 1909. It was presumably a shop or hall conversion. It was owned by Electric Palaces Ltd. and the manager was Mr Clement.
No closing date is provided. It is not listed in the 1914 Kinematograph Year Book, so it could well have been an early casualty, possibly closing when the 1909 Cinematograph Act came into force on 1st January 1910.
Much more recently, the building was occupied by Asiatic Aquatics and Marque-Dor hair salon. By 2020 it was home to Rontex Fabrics.
