This theatre appears as an ‘Electric Theatre’ on the 1909 Sanborn, located in the westernmost storefront of a large three story commercial block.
The building was constructed in 1893, and the section that became the theatre was not as deep as the rest of the building. On the 1898 map, the space is a feed store and express office.
The theatre was a short-lived enterprise, and by 1917 the map shows a 5 and dime operating in the space. It is today home to a bridal store.
There was also a Theatorium Theatre operating by May 1908, located at 418 Main Street which had 250-seats.

I suspect this must have been the Theatoriam (Theatorium?), with an incorrect address (or the numbers may have changed). The 1909 map has no street numbers, but 418 on the 1917 map is a little wooden dry cleaners, which on the 1909 map is a barber. It looks far too small to seat 250 in the small rear extension.
Still cannot add photos.
