The Savoy Theatre Gardens opened on the eastern side of Albany Highway, north of Mint Street in about 1951. Closed in 1960. Demolished(date unknown?). The Gardens became a car yard(name unknown?) using the screen for advertising the car yard. The car yard closed(2000’s or 2010’s?) and demolished. Now an empty site, surrounded by fences.
