This theatre appears on the 1911 Sanborn, in a small one-story wooden building. This was either a remodel or a replacement of a similar structure constructed sometime before 1885 and used as a grocery.
This theatre was short-lived, and by 1924, the space was a store. At some point after 1924, the structure was either replaced or drastically remodeled. The current façade is brick, but the rear wall appears to be wood. If this is the same structure, it is today home to an insurance agency.
