The Palace Theatre appears on the 1907 Sanborn, operating in the eastern ground floor space of the Knights of Pythias building, a large, three-story structure built between 1887 and 1892. The Pythians met on the third floor, and there were offices on the second.

The Palace Theatre did not operate long, and the 1914 map shows the space as furniture and undertaking. At some point after 1946, the building was demolished, and replaced by a cloddish modern bank and drive-through.

For research purposes, in 1907 the address was 717, there being no east/west division on any streets.
