The Hafr Al Batin 8 opened August 13, 2020, screening American films with Arabic subtitles plus “Shams Al-Maaref”, a Saudi made production.

There are eight screens and 850 seats with tables and USB chargers and Barco 4K laser projection.

The cinema is a joint venture between Swicorp Wabel REIT and AMC, who plan on more cinemas in the Kingdom.
