Yet another ‘5¢ Theatre’ appearing on the 1911 map, this operation was located in the eastern section of the J.A. Rosenbush Block, which was constructed sometime after 1901.
This was a very deep and narrow space, and would likely have been quite cramped. Facing competition from at least two other cinemas within a few blocks, this did not last long, and the 1920 map shows the space as a piano store.
The building long ago suffered an appalling remodel, and now only uses the 236 address originally belonging to the western half. It appears to be dreary apartments today.

This building later became the Miami, using the 236 address which originally belonged to the western half.
Added a picture of the Kerr Block, in which can be seen (on the right side) the nasty facade of what was the Rosenbush Block, later the Miami.
