The 1911 Sanborn shows a ‘5¢ Theatre’ in the eastern storefront of a large two-story commercial block. This structure had been built in 1893, and the theatre space was a saloon on the 1901 map. Curiously, the eastern section is significantly shallower than the western half.
The theatre remains in operation on the 1920 map. Later maps are not available online, but aside from some bland modern storefronts, the building is well preserved. The theatre space is today home to a State Farm insurance office.

Ohio has a poor copy of the 1940 update to the 1931 Sanborn, which shows this as a store.
