This theatre appears on the 1914 Sanborn, in an old two-story brick commercial building. This was built between 1892 and 1899, and was an extension of the corner structure. The whole thing was at least briefly known as the Kelley Block. On the 1914 map, the theatre address is 105 and it is listed as the New Cozy Theatre.
In 1907 it was still part of the department store on the corner. Later maps are not available, but it seems as if it reverted to retail. Later renamed Cozy Theatre and then Cosy Theatre it operated until 1954. The entire corner block was unified under a ghastly sheet metal cladding at some point, and the theatre space is today used as a realty office.
