Located on Kearny Street near Broadway. In March 1966 The Movies was screening the world premiere of Jean Genet’s “Deathwatch” starring Leonard Nimoy. It was later renamed Kearny Cinema, screening adult movies. Today it operates as an adult sex shop named Secrets Boutique.
