Another ‘5¢ Theatre’ on the 1909 Sanborn, this was operating in the ground floor of the western section of a large two-story commercial block built sometime between 1890 and 1896. This portion appears to have been called the Evans building.
The 1902 map shows a restaurant operating here. Like the other small early converted storefront, this theatre did not survive purpose-built competition and it is listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory as the Lyric Theatre. The 1915 map shows this space occupied by a grocer.
While most of this building has suffered an incredibly ugly remodel with cheap siding and a huge shingle awning, the western section has survived relatively untouched. It had been the Chamber of Commerce, but appears to be vacant on the most recent street-view.
As a final note, the address historically was 36 E. Jefferson, but was renumbered at some point.
