Royal Theatre

The Minco Theatre opened in 1915, and this is one out of a few well-known theatres for the Minco-Tuttle metropolitan area. Before the Glass Theatre opened in Tuttle in 1921, the Minco Theatre changed its name to the Royal Theatre on June 2nd, 1920 and operated until 1924 and was closed.

This is not the only theatre in the area, here are the other theatres that were in the Minco-Tuttle metropolitan area: There’s the Glass Theatre (Tuttle, operated from 1921 until 1928 as a Paramount-First National-F.B.O mixed theatre), the Home Theatre (Tuttle, continued throughout the 1960’s), the Fox Theatre (Minco, closed in 1949 after a fire destroy the theatre), and the Star Theatre (Minco, which continued to operate after the fire that broke out at the Fox Theatre and into the 1960s).
