Another in the surprisingly crowded field of early theatres for such a small town, this theatre appears on the April 1913 map, in an old wooden structure from pre-1885, which had most recently been a saloon. It was just a few doors down from the first location of the Kai-Gee Theatre.
There was a staircase on the south side, suggesting there may have been a balcony, but this was likely a very basic conversion.
By 1920, the building was home to a restaurant, and it had been demolished sometime before 1942.
