The Arc Theatre appears on the 1913 map, in one of four storefronts in a large old two-story brick commercial block. This structure dates to before 1887. On the 1907 map, there is a restaurant located in this space. The Arc Theatre was still open in 1931. It was listed as (Closed) in 1932.
Unfortunately, later maps are missing, but the building remains. The storefronts were replaced around 1940, changing the arrangement, but the theatre was located where the western entry is today. The entire bottom floor is now home to a Mexican restaurant.
