In 1909, a 2-story block of stores was constructed at what was then 112-116 Monroe Street. Hosting a variety of businesses in three storefronts, the building became home to a theatre in 2017, when the two western storefronts were converted by the Affolder family. The theatre shows first runs Wednesday through Sunday.

In addition to being renumbered, the building was badly mutilated at some point, with the bays chopped off, and an ugly slipcover applied to the front. This appears to have been removed, although the 2018 streetview still shows it.
