Located in the shopping centre of the same name in the southwest district of Leganés. The Cinesa Parquesur opened alongside it on November 23, 1989. It was originally situated within the main building, but in 2004 was moved to its own area on the site, with its old location being turned into more shops within the mall. It was further expanded with the opening of an IMAX screen in 2012. Films are shown exclusively in Spanish dubbed versions.
