Opened sometime in the late-1900’s, the short-lived McKinney Air-Dome was known to be the first Air-Dome to open in the city of McKinney. The theater continue to operate when 2 other Air-Domes opened in the city of McKinney such as the Happy Hour Air Dome and the Columbia Air Dome (later Columbia Photoplay Theatre). The theater continue to operate until around 1911 and was closed.
