The building was originally retail use and is across the street from the vintage Co-Ed Cinema. It was converted into the Pisgah Film House which opened September 5, 2019. It was a non-profit community cinema screening first run art house films, documentaries and foreign language movies Thursday through Sunday. It was closed in May 2020.
