On April 30, 1955, Boxoffice reported, “DAYTON, WASH. - The Sunset Drive-In west of here was opened recently by Manager Lowell Spiess”.
The 1958 Motion Picture Almanac listed the Sunset Drive-In with a capacity of 200, owner Lowell Spies.
The drive-in was still intact in a 1981 aerial photo, but its screen was gone by a 1996 photo. The site is now home to NorthWorld RV park.

The concession building may still exist, possibly used as a site office for the RV Park or for Toilet/Shower use?
@kennerado, From what I can tell the concession building is still there, no idea if it is used and if it is for what.
Boxoffice, Dec. 6, 1952: “DAYTON, WASH. - A drive-in will be constructed here this winter, Lowell Spiess, manager of the Liberty Theatre, disclosed recently. The new 250-car outdoorer will be located on the A. J. Harting land one mile west of here. Construction is to begin immediately.”
