Located at the corner of 1st Avenue and Hull Avenue. The Lyric Theatre was opened by 1926 with 690-seats. Around 1932 it was renamed Ritz Theatre with 700-seats. Listed as seating 480 in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1941. The FDY of 1950 lists it with 562-seats. It was still open in 1952, but had closed by 1955.
Today an old building at this intersection 260 Hull Avenue, is named Lawrence Memorial Hall, which may be the former Ritz Theatre.
