Please rename Laemmle Town Center 5 as per theatre website, total seats 587. It was expanded to 5 screens by Laemmle on April 30, 1993 by carving one of the big houses. Floor plan in photos section. Also Laemmle took over this theatre in the early 1980’s, not 2005

Seating Capacity based on Laemmle rental pricing guide since this theatre still open seating.

Screens 1,2 and 3 were divided in 1993 based on the floor plan.

This theater is available to lease as of July 11th, 2025. Laemmle is still operating the theater.

If I correctly recall, the theater once operated as the Town & Country with 3 screens.

The theatre, located on the lower level of the Encino Town Center Mall, is very much open for business. Status should be changed. Photo uploaded.

From what I can see, this theater is open and selling tickets for shows every day.
