This small Maywood theater, located on S. 5th Avenue near Madison Street, opened prior to 1916 and closed in March 1952. The building is now a convenience store.

The Yale opened sometime before 1916. I uploaded a page from ‘Moving Picture World’ Sep 1915 with several references to it.
