The Plymouth Theatre opened around April-May 1936. It was closed on September 23, 1979 with “Lord of the Rings”.

Coast To Coast Hardware had moved into the space after the theatre closed. A 2013 street view shows the main space as divided, with some vacant and others occupied.

The Plymouth Opened Between April And May 1936, And Was Closed On September 23, 1979 With “Lord Of The Rings” As Its Last Film After The Owner, Fred Brown, Left The Ownership Of The Theater, Possibly Because Of Old Age. He Operated The Plymouth Throughout The Theater’s Life.
