Located close to the Castello Sforzesco to the west of the city centre on a small street off the Corso Magenta. The Cinema Dante was opened in the late-1900’s/early-1910’s. All seating is on a single level. In 1946 it was renamed Cinema Orchidea d'Essai. In recent years it operated as an art house cinema. When seen in September 2019 it was closed for a renovation/restoration.
