The 1909 Sanborn shows ‘Moving Pictures’ operating in a one-story brick storefront. The building was constructed sometime after 1892, and was a restaurant on the 1900 map.
It’s hard to tell for sure, but it appears that the building was demolished and replaced at some point. The present structure is quite a bit deeper, and has a 1950’s storefront, but it may be an extensive remodel.
On the 1909 map, the street number appears to be 310 N. Main Street, between Patrick to the south and Beattie to the north. At some point the streets were changed to a boring number system with a bizarre north-south split where the 1900 block is north, and the 2000 block south.
