The 1913 Sanborn shows two theatres in the same block. This one, nearer the corner with Union Street, is likewise in a narrow two-story brick building. The 1906 map shows a photographer operating out of a tiny wooden shack on this lot.
Likely also falling victim to the much grander Labor Temple, this building was a saloon by 1921, and is today in derelict condition. The street number is a guess. The building on the corner is 100. There was never anything built on the intervening lot, but this may be anything between 102 and 110.
