Gem Theatre

The 1915 Sanborn shows ‘moving pictures’ operating in a storefront. The building is a simple deep one-story brick box of rather indeterminate architecture, but appears to date from roughly 1900. It is now in residential use.

I decided not to take a picture of this before I realized it had been a theater. Hope to be back through town soon.

Added a picture. The street number is indeed 205, and it appears to be a residence.
