BoxOffice reported on June 24, 1950, “Herculaneum, MO. - The 16mm Drive-In being operated on Route 61 between here and Kohler City has been playing to fair business since it was opened recently. The only construction was a small screen tower, the projection booth and concession stand.”
The 16mm Drive-In was included in the 1951 Film Daily Year Book.

I imagine that “fair business” dried up when the 61 Drive-In opened in 1951.
It was a pop-up drive-in I think..
