I know it used to be a shopping center, I remember going here as a kid in the 90s. It was located at 501 W Pike St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 though which they turned into Phoenix High school. Based on tax records it was sold 12-21-1995. Some one on another site stated “The first conversion was in Lawrenceville at the vacant Lawrenceville West Shopping Center.
