Located in the Eixample district of the city centre. The Cine Metropol was opened on 25th January 1934 with a Czech film “An Ideal Professor” & a British film Conrad Veidt in “The Wandering Jew”. All seating was on a single sloping floor. It was closed on 29th December 1963 with Gordon Scott in “Tarzan and the Lost Safari” & “Heroes de Tachuela” (Tactical Heroes).

In 2018 it is in use as a motorcycle and bicycle store. Sadly, nothing remains of the original Art Deco decoration.
