Flix Brewhouse opened its first Arizona location December 19, 2018, bringing dine-in service with a pub and patio to the downtown.
Each Flix Brewhouse, founded in 2011, has a microbrewery on site where patrons can observe the brewing process. Azcentral notes in Chandler the brewing tanks are above the bar, behind glass with a catwalk for the brewers to walk. The Chandler location will be the first Brewhouse to offer a cocktail menu.
Designed by Cawley Architects with 9 screens, the Chandler location is the 10th nationwide.
Closed by the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020, it briefly reopened in September 2020, only to close again in October 2020. It was taken over by the LOOK Dine-In chain and reopened on October 14, 2021.

Flix Brewhouse Chandler close March 16, 2020 for the COVID-19 pandemic. It reopened on September 10, 2020 only to close again on October 13, 2020. Flix made the closure permanent later. The fledgling Look Cinema Circuit took on the venue reopening a year later on October 14, 2021 as the Chandler, AZ LOOK Dine-in Cinema.
