Located in the north of the city centre. The Victoria Cinema Theatre was opened in July 1914 adjacent to the Cinerama Maillot Palace which had opened the previous year. It had 1,200 seats and the balcony contained loges. There was a grand foyer and a bar. It was a short lived cinema, closing in 1916.

In 2018 the ground floor is in use as a bicycle shop.
