Located opposite the magnificent Neo-Flemish style Town Hall. The l'Alhambra was opened in 1920 and was possibly closed in the 1940’s during World War II. It was designed in a Moorish style by architect Emile Renardier and featured a square tower at its corner entrance.
A more modern Alhambra Cinema (now with 4 screens) was built on the site.
