This opened on December 25, 1985 with three screens by Presidio Enterprises, Inc. as their last build. It was taken over by Act III in 1987 and expanded to 6 screens on May 19, 1989. Taken over by Regal in 1998 and closed on October 25, 2001.

It has been converted into a Peruvian restaurant.
