The Starlite Drive-In was opened May 26, 1950 with Sonny Tufts in “The Untamed Breed” and Penny Singleton in “Blondie’s Secret”. It was operated by N. Dickman & Harry Berkson. It was closed in 1975.

You can also use the address, 1191 Co Rd 66, Hornell, NY which appears on Google Maps. Today, the property is partially occupied by an Aldi Food Market with the rest being intersected by HWY NY 36.
There is no trace of the drive-in remaining.

A more accurate address for this theater is 1191 Webbs Crossing Rd, Hornell, NY 14843. This points directly to ALDI where half of the drive in stood. The rear half is now being occupied by New York State Hwy 36.

The former parking area of the drive-in site is now also occupied by Days Inn.
