In over forty plus years of service, the Lyric Theatre transitioned from silent to sound film. It opened around 1928 and was still open in 1957, surviving into the TV era. It was demolished and is now a parking lot.

The Rondo Theatre opened in October of 1911. It was wired for sound in 1929 under the name of the Lyric Theater. The Park Theater Company reduced it to weekend only operations in 1951 but was closed in 1957.
