Located in Belturbet, County Cavan. The Erne Cinema was built in 1947 but it was auctioned off in March 1963 and purchased by Pat Gaffney for £2,050. An application for dancing was filed in October 1963, which presumably led to its reincarnation as the Erne Palais ballroom. It later became a community centre but was empty for a number of years and was destroyed by fire in September 2018. The façade was saved and will form an entrance to housing which will be built on the site in 2022.

Destroyed by fire September 2018. Planning permission granted by Cavan County Council in June 2021 for residential development retaining the facade.
