The Family Drive-In was opened by 1949 when it was operated by Forrest Songer. It was still in situ in 1978, but had closed and was demolished by 1998. Now Rockville IGA.

A 1949 aerial shows the drive-in brand new. It was still intact and apparently operational in 1975. By 1986, the drive-in was demolished with only the outline, ramps, and projection booth in place.
I’ve heard, but have not verified that a tornado might have destroyed the screen in 1978.
That was all gone by 1998 and today a Kirby Foods sits on the property with no trace of the drive-in remaining.
