Hill's Drive-In

Hill’s Drive-In was opened on May 1, 1952 when it was operated by Gerald Hill & Giles E. Turner. By 1955 it was operated by Gerald Hill & Howard Hill. Now residences. The entrance road, concession stand foundation and most ramps are still visible. One of the residences is located where the screen used to be.

Boxoffice, May 17, 1952: “The grand opening of Hill’s Drive-In recently was a gala affair. Built at a cost of $60,000, the theatre has a capacity of 325 cars.”
