US 70 west of Goldsboro.

Located on Raleigh Highway (originally Route 5). The Drive-In was opened on November 2, 1948 with Clark Gable in “Gone With the Wind”. It was operated by D.W. Ramsey. It was listed as being a (Portable) drive-in. By 1949 it had been renamed Model Drive-In and was operated by A.P. Hinnant. By 1955 it was operated by H.M. Sykes. It was closed in 1958 and was soon demolished.

Site currently occupied by Nissan car dealership.

Drive-in should also be aka Goldsboro Drive-In.
