In Modena, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, the Astra Multisala is the only cinema still operating in the city centre. It has a long frontage and is in a very narrow street.
It is not known when it first opened. It is now a three screen operation, with capacities of 504, 172 and 145.
It is operated under the same management as the out of town Raffaello multi-screen cinema.
