When the main Roxy hardtop attraction seemed lacking huge appeal, the management would often run a completely different program at the Drive-In – in this case, on 31st January 1942, a revival double feature. In many instances the same main feature would be shown as at the Roxy hardtop, but with a different support film being used (which would make print switching easier).
