Located in the historic southwest Melbourne district of Williamstown, close to Port Phillip Bay. The Hoyts Regent Williamstown was opened in 1920. The auditorium decorations consisted of plaster relief panels depicting scenes of the sea, sailing ships, steamers, a lighthouse and seagulls in flight. By 1946 it was re-named Hoyts Shore Williamstown. It was closed in 1963.
