Located in the outer east Melbourne suburb of Bayswater North. The Bayswater Public Hall was opened by 1951 when it was operated by William Kerr. By 1956 it was operated by Bayswater Theatres Property Ltd. By 1959 it was operated by W. Baker and by 1968 it was operated by E. Hayes.
It has since been demolished and a manufacturing unit has been built on the site.
