The site is a cake shop(Melissa Cakes), now closed down. Future of building unknown? Unknown if same building converted or if theatre building knocked on and rebuilt for the forrmer cake shop?
Opened in 1927 and closed in(circa 1959?). Located on south east corner of Pier Street and Queen Street. Also known as Altona Picture Theatre.
